Program Manager / Operations Lead
Looking for a Program Manager / Operations Lead to help run execution across several projects at the same time (tech, infrastructure, business development, and a few personal initiatives).
This role sits between the president and a junior admin. The goal is to keep projects moving, create structure, and reduce the amount of coordination and follow-up the president personally manages.
Specifically looking for someone who is comfortable pushing back, flagging risks early, and offering their own ideas, not just taking instructions or reporting status.
What the role involves – Keeping a clear, consolidated view of all active projects
– Tracking priorities, timelines, and open issues
– Calling out conflicts, unrealistic expectations, or overload
– Making suggestions on how to sequence or simplify work
– Producing short weekly updates with risks and recommendations
– Directing and reviewing work from a junior admin
– Closing loops and making sure things don’t quietly stall
What the role is not – Not an admin role
– Not a Chief of Staff or decision-maker
– Not just a reporting function
At least 5 years experience in program management, operations, or similar work
– Experience juggling multiple projects at once
– Comfortable working directly with a founder or business owner
– Willing to say “this won’t work as planned” and propose alternatives
– Clear written communicator
– Comfortable working remotely and independently
