Description:

We are looking for a bilingual Digital Marketing Specialist. Critical to this role is the ability to speak and write in English at a proficient level. The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage the day-to-day back end functions of the company’s Marketing Automation (email) programs and paid search/social marketing (PPC) campaigns. The Specialist will be responsible for maintaining KPI and digital marketing analytics for reporting sales funnel conversions from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). This position will be working in the Dominican Republic but will be handling the brand in the United States.

Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for Multiple Entities including our IT Company, Telecommunications Company as well as the Dominican based entity.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Pardot marketing automation user who is a self-starter, but also works well as part of a production team. You must be very organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and meet reasonable deadlines. This position will be reporting to Marketing Manager of the company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Use Pardot to create, test and deploy single and multi-step e-mail campaigns, landing pages, events and webinars for different distribution channels and segments, utilizing dynamic content with tokens and scripts.
  • Develop and maintain responsive e-mail templates, troubleshoot issues, and stay abreast of technology advances.
  • Test, analyze and report on e-mail campaign performance on a recurring basis. Identify trends and opportunities for improved open, click thru and conversion rates.
  • Social media marketing.
  • Pay per click (Adsense)
  • Google analytics
  • Content management & curation
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Web/mobile design development

  • RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning: Drive and track goals for engagement and growth through metrics and analytics. Conceptualize, execute, and report on engagement strategies. Keep up with relevant social media news, updates, tools, platforms, and best practices for growth and engagement. Interface with outside partners and agencies.
  • Regulatory Requirements: Knowledge and understanding of the current regulatory environment and ensure all content adheres to FDA or any government -related regulation. Knows how to interpret regulations.
  • Content Development & Management: Monitor community engagement. Maintain an active presence on social media platforms. Identify content gaps and provide recommendations for implementation based on driving maximum traffic and engagement. Work with digital team to develop and implement marketing campaigns, from conception through completion.
  • Brand Knowledge: Understanding both our corporate brand voice as well as the full line of Swisher brands and ensures our marketing efforts are in alignment. Understands the consumer engagement plan and the planning and logistics necessary to meet the deadlines and deliverables for multiple programs.
  • Communication: The ability to share ideas, thoughts and information persuasively with diverse internal and external audiences. To be able to engage effectively with multiple departments including creative, brand, technical resources and legal counsel.
  • Collaboration: Works directly with our agency partners daily to ensure our brands are well-supported, within budget and meeting our desired timelines, KPIs and strategic objectives. Partners with agency leads and internal business analytics team to design and monitor test and learn strategies for email marketing, social media, website treatments and other digital marketing channels. Can quickly review and understand reporting dashboards and presentations and utilizes data-driven insights to make marketing recommendations. For example, site traffic, online shopping conversions, email open and click through rates, social impressions and engagements.
  • Supports corporate and PR communications on social and websites and partners with marketing colleagues and human resources to drive employee engagement and strong talent recruitment.
  • Requirements

  • BA degree required, 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, strong time management skills
  • Passion for social media, mobile and digital social media design and creative trends

    Collaboration with the Manager
    • Organizes and optimizes the time of the Manager: deals with all the subjects within the appropriate deadlines (included professional trips, documents/files/reporting, budget monitoring).
    • Works out the Entity annual calendar taking into account all the deadlines of the Group and of the Entity.
    • Organizes meetings and seminars (logistics, participants and content), suggests pertinent agendas, collects all the necessary information from customers / internal partners, prepares the presentations with exactitude, takes part in the meetings as a member of the Management team, drafts and disseminates the minutes, and ensures the identified actions follow up.
    • Consolidates and analyzes information necessary to the proper functioning of the entity, both internally and externally.

    • Reads Manager’s e mails, alerts the Manager on important /urgent e mails and answers to be provided.

    Processing of requests:
    • Answers to internal/external requests in a timely manner, while respecting the Group’s values so as to ensure a positive image of the Group/Entity.

    Management of files:
    • Collects pertinent information from the Entity’s teams, internal partners and any other useful source so as to prepare all the elements necessary to the activity of his/her Manager.
    • Manages specific issues, in compliance with the Manager.

    Event Planning:
    · Responsible for planning and execution of approved department events.

    · Collaborates and supports Events team for business sponsored events.

    · Coordinate Event communications and ensure they are consistent, efficient and in compliance with the Group's standards, guidelines and messages.

    · Ensure calendar alignment with business sponsors and associated events
