TRAINING: Responsible for the orientation and training of new employees in all division program areas. Role of the Job:
Spervises activities technical and human resources in order to follow up preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of the mechanical area of the Copolymers Plant keeping all the operations running according to safety parameters and efficency. Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for mechanical discipline, maintain safety housekeeping and standars in all day-to-day activities.

Properly manage the resources allocated to our department.

Mantenance Budget control
Effective control for Maintenance annual budget
Budget control: Review deviations / implement cost control measures
Accountability 2:
Maintenance program
Supervises the implementation of the maintenance program for Copolymers Plant
Supervises and control day-to-day activities assigned to the mechanical maintenance team, including contractors, in order to ensure the quality of the work to avoid re-work and ensure the compliance with the Maintenance Program.
Tracking maintenance activities (% of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance)
Accountability 3:
Preventive Maintenance:
Provides the mechanical preventive maintenance plans for the equipment installed in Copolymers Plant identifying the poor performance equipment as "bad actors" for conducting failure analysis, determination of root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Accountability 4:
Comply with and enforce the responsibilities, authorities and policies of INEOS Styrolution, including but not limited to:
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO TS 17025, IATF 16949, GMP, Code of Conduct, SHE Policy, Environmental Policy, Quality Policy, Integral Responsibility Management System (SARI), Golden Rules, 20 Principles of Administration Security, IGGNs, Clean Sweep, Life Saving Rules.
Required profile:
Level of education & knowledge:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience in general:
At least 3 years of knowledge in chemical processes and process equipment (pumps, boilers, compressors, tanks, etc)
A minimum 3 years related experience in Mechanical Maintenance and Chemical Plants.
At least 2 years in Root Cause Analysis experiencie.
Generl knowledge of electrical/instrumentation maintenance
Previous supervisory experience or special operations assigments preferred.
SAP System experience preffered.
English - Intermediate level (Conversation preferred)
