- Mantener un conocimiento experto de los dispositivos y promocione de la marca. 

- Construir relaciones con el cliente.

- Promover ventas contra objetivos.

- Negociar actividades de operaciones para impulsar las ventas.

- Mantener una buena administración de los productos de la marca en las tiendas.

- Transferir ideas sobre el movimiento del mercado

- Exhibición y distribución de muestras segun portafolio.

- Solicitud y distribución de materiales segun políticas de la bodega.

- Velar que su personal a cargo siempre cumpla con el tiempo establecido.

- Realizar visitas periódicas a tienda para evaluar el desempeño del promotor y cuplimiento de los requerimientos.

- Mantener y desarrollar una nueva relación comercial con los gerentes de tiendas, compradores y personas clave.

 

 

REQUISITOS:

- Bachiller completo o estudios en Mercadeo, Ventas o afines. 

- Experiencia mínima de 1 año como supervisor en tiendas y conocimiento en productos de tecnología. 

- Disponibilidad de horario rotativo

- Residir en Santiago o en Chiriquí

- Poseer auto propio

  • Join the Finance team of TUI Musement (TUI MM for short) as a P2P Supervisor and you will be part of the Musement Business Services centralization strategy, working closely with the central team in Spain. Moreover, you will responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process related to the non-touristic invoices for three of the biggest legal entities within the TUI Musement division in terms of trading.

    ABOUT THE JOB

  • Assisting with the Supplier accounts management, providing TUI MM entities and businesses the right support to the Accounts Payable cycle with Accounting activities in accordance with the company policies
  • Overseeing and/or posting journal entries, ensuring proper general ledger coding in accordance with the company guidelines to provide accuracy for the month-end closing
  • Ticketing tool management: (a) to solve suppliers/destination queries to finalize invoice processing; (b) answering supplier’s queries and ensuring the suppliers’ accounts are up to date
  • Timely manner payment proposals preparation, supervising the accuracy of the payment execution
  • Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, communicating effectively, and proposing improvements of any identified issues on supplier accounts will be further tasks of your role
  • ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g. Accounting, Business Administration or similar)
  • Excellent level of English and Spanish is mandatory, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in General Ledger department 
  • Ability to use MS Office tools such as Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Someone with proven numeric skills and accounting acumen
  • Someone with a methodical, organized approach towards the execution of the assigned tasks

  • Assist product engineering during production runs of new product development, evaluate new raw materials and substitutes and take corrective action on any production line producing unacceptable quality or scrap by either shutdown, adjustment, or initiating maintenance work orders.
  • Maintain written records of all breakdowns and repairs allowing for analysis and compliance with ISO 9000standards.
  • Will be required to participate in activities that require frequent time spent on the manufacturing floor and occasionally working outdoors
  • Support the Quality Monitoring Program, including the review of test plan, test report and ensuring the resolution of identified non-conformances.
  • Actively work with Supplier Quality and Operations to ensure that first articles are accurate and complete for product produced at OEM’s, ODM’s and component suppliers.
  • Coordinate Assurance and Quality Control activities.
  • Taking care of intercompany and customer notifications related to assigned production area.
  • Run reports and updates to support way we make decisions in quality.
  • Promote and practice structured continuous improvements through the use of quality tools.
  • Improve efficiency of Quality management systems through participation in internal audits, management reviews and document reviews. Facilitate effective corrective actions.
  • Identify and report quality problems or trends. Assist in identifying and eliminating the root causes of these problems.
  • Required Qualifications for Consideration

  • Bachelor’s in related curriculum such as Engineering
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Proved skills on quality tools (PFMEA, 8D, 5 whys).
  • Experience with the development and documentation of quality systems processes and procedures.
  • Certified Quality Auditor or Certified Quality Engineer.

  • o Es responsable de supervisar las labores de operadores de producción, técnicos de producción, jefes de grupo para lograr las metas y objetivos de Seguridad e Higiene, Calidad, Servicio al cliente y Costo adecuado, incluye la responsabilidad de la coordinación de los recursos materiales necesarios para cumplir con el plan diario y la preparación de reportes estadísticos y administrativos.
  • Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervisa el trabajo de los empleados directos en el área de producción para el desempeño efectivo de los recursos asignados.
  • Asegura que los controles, reglas y procedimientos de Seguridad e Higiene sean implementados y seguidos por el personal en las áreas de producción.
  • Asegura que los planes de control y procedimientos de Calidad sean implementados y seguidos por el personal en las áreas de producción. Asegurándose que se cumplan los procesos y métodos estandarizados de TL9000 y 5S+1 (Seguridad más 5S de orden y limpieza).
  • Responsable de recibir personal de nuevo ingreso orientándolos en sus funciones e integrándolos al grupo.
  • Asegurar que el personal que tiene bajo su responsabilidad este trabajando de acuerdo a los reglamentos y políticas de la compañía incluyendo conducta ética e integridad.
  • Asegurar que todo el personal de producción reciba el entrenamiento necesario para el desarrollo de una buena función de acuerdo a procedimientos establecidos. Documentando los registros de entrenamiento y certificaciones requeridas.
  • Asignar a cada empleado en sus respectivas áreas de trabajo.
  • Responsable de las medidas disciplinarias del personal bajo su responsabilidad. En forma verbal o escrito informando al departamento de Recursos Humanos de incidentes que violen las políticas o el “Reglamento Interior del Trabajo”. Esta función no la podrá delegar a jefes de grupo, operadores u otro miembro de la organización.
  • Es responsable de autorizar cambios, salidas, faltas, etc. del personal a su cargo, de acuerdo a los procedimientos establecidos. Incluyendo la actualización del sistema de asistencia y nómina de personal.
  • Preparar o autorizar en forma periódica reportes requeridos de personal, eficiencia y “scrap” para la toma de decisiones.
  • Tiene la autoridad de detener cualquier producción, maquinaria o actividades cuando existan condiciones no seguras o procesos o productos no conformantes de Calidad.
  • Participar en actividades de CPI Excelencia Operativa.
  • Este puesto/función debe ser responsable de entender y seguir los requerimientos del sistema de administración de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente, su Política, los estándares y procedimientos aplicables.
  • Responsabilidad:

  • Realizar mis funciones de trabajo en base a Políticas, Procedimientos y Procesos establecidos.
  • Saber que el personal sabe leer y escribir antes de asignarla en una operación donde sea requerida esta habilidad.
  • Autoridad:
