About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team in Cristóbal. In this key role, you’ll coordinate vessel operations, support port logistics, and serve as a vital link between ships, clients, and authorities. What You’ll Do

• Coordinate Panama Canal transits, bunker calls, and port operations
• Communicate directly with shipowners, captains, and port authorities
• Handle documentation, pre-arrival formalities, and operational updates
• Ensure smooth execution of daily tasks and client satisfaction
• Support internal teams with administrative and logistics coordination

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and operational problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Background in maritime, logistics, or port agency services is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (or relevant experience)
