Responsibilities:

Prepare and review quarterly and year-end worldwide tax provision workpapers under ASC 740

Review federal and state corporate and partnership income tax returns

Analyze and multi-state nexus positions and filing requirements

Review estimated federal and multi-state corporate income tax payment calculations

Manage and facilitate federal and state income tax audits and respond to tax notices

Assist with M&A tax due diligence of US operations and foreign, including analysis of prospective acquisitions and research of potential impact on legal structure and tax elections

 
qualifications:
Requirements:

CPA license required

Master's Degree in accounting or finance preferred

Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience

Multi-State taxation preferred

ASC 740 experience highly preferred

Strong Excel skills
