<p><strong>Project Manager</strong></p><p>Our Client is a growing healthcare organization that offers its employees full benefits, paid time off and a work-life balance.</p><p><strong>The Position</strong>: Our Client is looking for a Project Manager. This role requires a highly resourceful individual who can collaborate with and achieve actionable results through others; the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships; and the capability to interact on all levels of multiple organizations. The ideal candidate must have a proven success rate of "getting things done". Responsible for overseeing the successful completion of both large and small projects throughout the organization to include creation, organization, execution and completion. The Client is offering the following salary and benefits:</p><ul><li>$60,000 to $65,000 Depending on Experience </li><li>PTO</li><li>Full benefits (health, vision, dental)</li><li>Retirement benefits or accounts</li><li>Education assistance or tuition reimbursement</li><li>Gym memberships or discounts</li><li>Employee discounts</li><li>And much, much more!</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business Administration or related field</li><li>3+ years&rsquo; project management experience</li><li>Impeccable interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Directly manage large, often cross-functional organization-wide projects or initiatives. Bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive decisions. Serves as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy. Motivate people involved in the project to complete tasks on time. </li><li>Create systems and processes to streamline operations. Assist in the definition of project scope and goals. Identify and manage potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects. Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.</li><li>Project management duties to include developing the scope and schedule of the plan, organizing the structure of the project team, setting the direction of the project, measuring progress, and evaluating and correcting deviations to reach a successful outcome.</li><li>Responsible for data analysis and outcome measures of clinical operations and other assigned programs. Use technology and formal project plans in the development and deployment of projects, to include Gant charts, PDSA process, etc. </li><li>Completes HRSA, UDS, Joint Commission, and other regulatory body reports as assigned.
