Operations Finance Director - Fort Myers

Robert Half is currently recruiting for an expanding company in the Fort Myers area that is looking to add an Operations Finance Director to their team. This person will work closely with operations and various department heads to help guide business units and strategize with the leadership team on finance and operational insights to help guide future growth.

Responsibilities include:

•Work with FP&A and provide analysis which will support decision making and better budgeting & forecasting.
•Communicate with key external vendors/partnerships to deliver desired outcomes for the business.
•Work with Chief Operating Officer and department heads to help drive the business objectives and growth strategies.
•Develop relationships across the entire organization by being highly visible and being a liaison between operations and finance.
•Assist with implementation strategies and support special projects as the business continue to expand.

•10+ years of Corporate Finance experience in a management capacity or as strategic business partner.
•Proven ability to lead and influence others.
•Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and adaptability to changes and organizational transformations.
•Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, Master's and CPA qualifications highly desired.
