2+ years working in a customer service department
Call center experience is a plus but not a requirement
A proven history of providing world class customer service
Ability to overcome objections and deal with escalated situation
Good attendance and punctuality history
Type 35+ Words per minute
Flexibility in shift availability for full time or part time hours
Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
