System One  has an immediate direct hire opening with a large Insurance based client for a Director of IT Operations. This opportunity will be based in Clearwater, FL and will be targeting local candidates.

Ideal candidates will have extensive Infrastructure related management experience, ideally coming from a desktop/server/network admin background earlier in their career. This role will oversee a Desktop team, VOIP/Telephony team, and a Networking team and candidates should have proven experience managing at least 2 of those 3 types of teams. Any O365 support/management experience would be a plus.

Additionally, our client is looking for those with very stable job histories, someone who is extremely customer focused, as well as Enterprise level experience with end user environments in the 1000's.
