Major company in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. The position will begin in October 2020 and last for 3-6 months.

Daily Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls from banking or insurance clients and assist with resolution of issues
• Escalate calls to appropriate parties (Fraud, Mortgages, etc.) as necessary
• Document all client interactions for future reference

• 1 year of Customer Service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High school diploma or GED
