SHIFT: Days (rotating weekends)SCHEDULE: Full-time
Central Florida Regional Hospital, a 221-bed acute carehospital and Level II Trauma Center, serves the communities of Seminole andwest Volusia counties. The hospital provides the only full-servicecardiovascular program in Seminole and west Volusia, including open heartsurgery, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiac rehabilitationand comprehensive diagnostic services. Other specialized services includeorthopedic and spine care, robotic surgery, acute inpatient medicalrehabilitation, complete imaging services and The Baby Suites. Central FloridaRegional Hospital is located 3.6 miles east of I-4 between S.R. 46 and Highway17-92 in Sanford. The hospital provides 24/7 emergency care at its mainlocation as well as at Heathrow ER located at 4525 International Parkway inSanford. Performs those duties directlyinvolved with a variety of technical procedures applying computerized ionizingradiation for the purpose of detecting pathology. Operates the CT equipment used to expose theradiographic film, develops and organizes films. Operates equipment safely and maintainsA.L.A.R.A. standards while performing all types of procedures. Establishes and maintains a good rapport andprofessional relationship with fellow employees, other departments and medicalstaff.

Qualifications
EDUCATIONREQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED:
Completion of a 24-month AMA approved schoolof radiology technology
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
Florida Radiologic Technologistcertification (CRT) required
ARRT registration required
EXPERIENCEREQUIRED OR PREFERRED:
Three (3) to five (5) years previousexperience in diagnostic radiology technology
