                                 Pridestaff Financial has been asked to assist a growing West Palm Beach Construction Company in seeking an experienced full-time  Construction Project Coordinator  on a perm basis to work on-site. The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of industry experience.
  Responsibilities:
  Facilitates and coordinates work in support of Project Manager and other team members.  Work closely with Project Manager, Site Acquisition Consultants and vendor partners to manage project and schedules.  Prepare purchase orders, change orders and track status of each for prompt return and thorough execution.  Coordinate and/or obtain all close out documents and job completion information to prepare for final submittal for clients.  Organize and manage final project site close out process including document uploads, submission of any customer required documents and actualization of all required tasks.  Learn site acquisition process to allow for efficiency in programs and processes, relieving Project Manager(s) of administrative duties as projects grow in complexity.  Manage project setup, transmittals, lien waivers and reporting.  Project billing, sign off of AIA and liens  Prepare and update site status reports and databases.  Attend weekly meetings with client as needed   Requirements :
  3+ years of Construction Project experience  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred  Experience with an accounting ERP system  Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel (pivot and vlookup)  MUST be a Florida Notary  Excellent interpersonal skills to be a team player yet able to work well independently.
