Job Summary

Clinical Laboratory Supervisor - Baptist MD Anderson Baptist is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and experienced Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to join our clinical laboratoryteam at Baptist MD Anderson. This is a Full-Time Days opportunity.The Clinical Laboratory Supervisor will be responsible for but not limited to:

Exercise general oversight of all technical sections and perform supervisor functions for all staff of the Laboratory Services Department

Maintaining Laboratory policies and procedures

Maintain expertise and perform technical specimen collection and processing

The ideal candidate will be familiar with:

Competencies in all areas of the Laboratory

Availability to work at bench level

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science or medical technology

at least one year of training and/or experience in complexity testing

5 Years Laboratory Experience

Florida Medical Technologist Supervisor License

Supervisor Licensures in the following specialty areas:Blood Bank/ImmunohematologyChemistryHematologyMicrobiologySerology/Immunology
