Audit Specialist - Miami

We have partnered with a non-profit organization who is seeking an Accounting Manager. Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager are as follows:

•Oversight of the accounting department and all team members
•Reviewing month-end close responsibilities
•Complex reconciliations
•Adjusting journal entries
•Reviewing workpapers
•Cash flow forecasting
•Fixed asset and depreciation schedules
•Financial statement preparation
•Participating in presentations to the Board of Directors

The Accounting Manager must have at least 7 years of experience in general accounting and a minimum of three years in a leadership capacity as well as non-profit industry experience. A working knowledge of Blackbaud is preferred.
