Your Role And Responsibilities
Manage daily operations and workflow for an active pipeline of candidates which includes keeping the applicant tracking system (ATS) updated at all times, coordinating travel arrangements as needed, coordinating and scheduling interviews, generating the offer letters, as well as initiating the Onboarding process.
Naturally build relationships and understand the necessity of cultivating these relationships with AP Search Leads, Onboarding Team, and other supporting functions. Use knowledge of how and when to leverage relationships to solve problems and meet objectives.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Minimum 1-5 years of operational experience with an HR or Talent Acquisition function
Should have written and oral communication skills and ability to effectively engage with a multitude of different professionals
Organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple demands without missing deadlines
Demonstrated time management skills, teaming skills and teamwork orientation
Proactive and creative problem-solving skills
Able to work effectively in a moderately complex and demanding environment while maintaining a professional attitude and demeanour
Resourceful and able to work independently
