Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Responsible for executing the recruitment strategy for frontline positions, aligned with PepsiCo's guidelines, in order to meet the business talent needs.
Your Impact
- End-to-end recruitment processes for frontline positions, including profile alignment, job posting, screening, interviews and hiring.
- Post external job openings on appropriate recruitment platforms.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, previous experience and fit for the role.
- Act as a strategic partner to the business, providing guidance on recruitment best practices and adding value throughout the selection process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.
- Build talent pools to reduce time-to-fill and increase internal client satisfaction.
- Deliver recruitment processes within established SLAs.
- Conduct selection processes aligned with diversity guidelines.
- Seek continuous improvement in processes and promote operational efficiency.
- Follow company policies and Talent Acquisition procedures.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and provide consultative support in the recruitment process.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Completed higher education;
- Previous experience in recruitment working with an ATS for managing recruitment processes;
- English is desirable, with a willingness to develop language proficiency;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively;
- Ability with Office tools
