This will be a temporary assignment.
The Human Resources Administrator's main responsibility is to provide an outstanding onboarding experience to agent roles and manage admin-related duties for the HR department. As with all human resources matters and functions, this position maintains appropriate levels of confidentiality and ensures functions are completed accurately and promptly.
Responsibilities
- Prepare new hires' contracts, forms to be signed, and a package for induction day
- NEO preparation and facilitation for agent roles
- Maintain HRIS data and ensure all employee files are complete and organized
- Inscribe all new hires into Social Security, ensuring information accuracy and deadline compliance.
- Prepare and send the Bank contract and the letter of request for the accounts creation
- Ensure adherence to all IBEX policies and procedures, as well as ensure that safety procedures are followed to safeguard the well-being of the entire workforce.
- Compile and update employee records and database (hard and soft copies), and fill
- Work closely with the Corporate Benefits team to facilitate and assist with benefit administration at each location, including the processing of new hire and life event benefit enrollment.
- Answer and assist in basic payroll inquiries, escalating and investigating as necessary.
- Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings to ensure compliance in all areas of HR Management
- Escalates complaints to the level of disciplinary or legal action against the Nicaragua HR Leads when necessary.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or other related field
- 1 year of experience in Human Resources is a must
- Professional experience in a call center environment is a plus
- English is preferred.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to point, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.
