We’re looking for a Critical Facilities Engineer who is eager to ensure the operation, reliability, and efficiency of critical infrastructure supporting Walmart’s technology platforms, including data centers and technical facilities.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in electromechanical systems, mission‑critical environments, and a hands‑on mindset focused on operational continuity and infrastructure stability.

What you’ll do

Critical Infrastructure Operations

• Operate and monitor critical systems such as UPS, generators, HVAC, and electrical infrastructure.
• Ensure continuous availability of power and facilities systems supporting data centers.

Maintenance & Reliability

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for electromechanical equipment.
• Monitor environmental and operational conditions (temperature, alarms, energy).

Incident & Operations Management

• Detect, manage, and respond to infrastructure incidents.
• Support issue resolution and escalation processes for technical incidents. Vendors & Compliance
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Continuous Improvement & Projects

• Participate in infrastructure projects, upgrades, and optimizations.
• Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance within Data Centers or critical environments.
• Hands‑on experience with UPS systems, generators, and redundant power systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and infrastructure monitoring tools (BMS/DCIM).
• Experience managing incidents and supporting operational continuity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• English level: B2 (advanced).
