Associate Software Engineer Java - Remoto

As part of the One ID team, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, coding, debugging, and modifying software systems or applications, for software enhancements and new products. 

This position is full-time and location-based in the Costa Rica; because of the Pandemic our employees in Costa Rica are all working from home WFH.  Return to office requirements will be discussed in a future. 

Job Duties (Summary)

• Works with an agile team to develop, test, and maintain web and desktop-based business applications
• Designs, develops, and tests applications in accordance with established standards.
• Works with teammates in the migration of older applications.
• Analyses and resolves technical and application problems.
• Works with cross-functional teams to meet the needs of the customer.

Qualifications/Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or other technical area preferred. Relevant experience or degree in progress will be accepted in lieu of degree.  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to adjust to rapid changes in deadlines and priorities
• Ability to balance multiple high priority projects
• Experience with software development cycles
• Strong knowledge of Java and C++
• From 0 to 2 years related experience
