About the job
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential sales leads, conducting surveys, cleaning and organizing data, providing customer support, and handling special projects as needed. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential sales leads through various channels such as online research, industry databases, and CRM systems.
- Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other communication platforms to generate interest in our products and services.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information about leads.
2. Survey Administration:
- Conduct surveys to gather customer feedback on our products and services.
- Ensure surveys are completed accurately and all relevant information is captured.
- Analyze survey results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
3. Data Cleanup:
- Clean and organize data within our CRM and Excel spreadsheets.
- Ensure data accuracy by verifying and updating customer information.
- Remove duplicate entries and correct any discrepancies in the data.
4. Special Projects:
- Assist with various special projects as assigned by management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet the company's standards.
4b. Customer Support:
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and other related concerns.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in using ZoomInfo and other lead gen tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the material handling or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with survey tools and data analysis.
