We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, data-driven, and eager to grow within a dynamic marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and internal channels
- Coordinate content calendars, timelines, and deliverables with internal teams and external vendors
- Assist in managing social media accounts, including posting, monitoring, and engagement
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports and insights
- Support brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Assist in the coordination of events, activations, and internal communications
- Manage administrative marketing tasks (briefs, approvals, asset organization)
- Manage and monitor sourcing budget
- Experience leading or coordinating a small team, ensuring tasks are delegated effectively and objectives are met
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or in progress)
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordination role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Comfortable working with deadlines and multiple projects
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
- English proficiency (written and verbal)
Nice to Have
- Experience with social media scheduling tools
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
- Familiarity with analytics or reporting tools
- Experience working with vendors or agencies
