Organization: Latino Community Foundation (LCF)
Location: Hybrid or remote (CA, AZ, NV, or TX)
Salary Range: $95,000 – $105,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage LCF’s grantmaking database (Salesforce).

  • Ensure accurate and timely data and reporting.

  • Maintain records and oversee the full grantmaking lifecycle.

  • Collaborate on RFPs, evaluation tools, and grant timelines.

  • Provide training and technical support to staff and grantees.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years in grants/donor management.

  • Strong Salesforce or CRM experience.

  • Data analysis and reporting skills.

  • Project management and problem-solving abilities.

  • Spanish fluency a plus.
