Job Description:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for answering all inbound inquiries, with an overall goal to provide customer service as well as technical and network problem resolutions by performing a question diagnosis while guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
Responsibilities:
Deliver service and support to customers using, and operating automated call distribution software via remote connection or over the Internet. Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms. Accurately process and record call transactions using computer and designated tracking software.
