Title: Key Customer Development Manager

Location: Managua, Nicaragua

Role Summary:

As the Key Customer Development Manager reporting to the Customer Development Team Leader, you will lead our strategic partnership with Walmart to synchronize category strategies and shopper insights. This role offers the unique challenge of outperforming competition by ensuring our products move from shelf to home more efficiently than anyone else. Your pivotal responsibility is to drive profitable growth through superior supply chain synchronization and demand generation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of experience in Commercial areas such as Trade Marketing or Field Sales Operations
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate- Advanced English language proficiency
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience managing the Walmart account or working within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
• Experience utilizing Retail Link or Power BI to drive data-driven decision-making
• Demonstrated strength in negotiation, collaborative leadership, and a courageously proactive approach to problem-solving
