Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist/HR professional based in Guatemala City. The role involves managing receptionist duties, including handling phone calls and welcoming visitors, as well as performing clerical tasks. The individual will also assist with administrative tasks linked to HR operations, such as maintaining records and supporting recruitment processes. Additionally, this position requires professional communication with internal and external stakeholders, delivering excellent customer service, and fostering a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, such as managing inquiries and directing calls effectively
- Skilled in Clerical Tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interaction with clients, visitors, and team members
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy office environment
- Familiarity with basic HR administrative processes is a plus
- Attention to detail, dependability, and a professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or HR is preferred
