Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist/HR professional based in Guatemala City. The role involves managing receptionist duties, including handling phone calls and welcoming visitors, as well as performing clerical tasks. The individual will also assist with administrative tasks linked to HR operations, such as maintaining records and supporting recruitment processes. Additionally, this position requires professional communication with internal and external stakeholders, delivering excellent customer service, and fostering a welcoming and efficient office environment.


Qualifications


    • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, such as managing inquiries and directing calls effectively

 

    • Skilled in Clerical Tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records

 

    • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interaction with clients, visitors, and team members

 

    • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy office environment

 

    • Familiarity with basic HR administrative processes is a plus

 

    • Attention to detail, dependability, and a professional demeanor

 

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is advantageous

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or HR is preferred

Buscamos una Recepcionista con excelente presentación que brinde atención profesional y cordial a visitantes, clientes y colaboradores. Entre sus responsabilidades estarán la gestión de llamadas y reservación de salas, el apoyo en actividades de comunicación interna y endomarketing, la colaboración en procesos administrativos de Recursos Humanos y la coordinación de mensajería, suministros y servicios generales. Responsabilidades

  • Coordinar agendas, reuniones y actividades internas.

  • Función de servicio al cliente.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 a 2 años en atención al cliente, recepción o puestos administrativos.
  • Manejo básico de herramientas de oficina (Word, Excel, correo electrónico).
  • Excelente actitud de servicio, comunicación clara y trato cordial.
  • Organización, proactividad y discreción.
  • Cursando 3er año de carrera universitaria.

Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge of popular tourist destinations, transportation options and accommodations is a PLUS
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage your time effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and online tools used in the travel industry is a PLUS
  • Proactive attitude and oriented towards own goals
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing customer and market needs
  • Basic English - Intermediate is a PLUS
