Job Purpose:

Under the direction of the Facilities Supervisor responsible for overall facility coordination, including technical facility coordination. Work with vendors and facility management personnel while overseeing general facilities maintenance. Approve vendor invoices and track them using SAP and handle special projects as assigned. Manage the preparation of routine analysis and updates for FM budget for technical and infrastructural FM scope.

Your Tasks:


  • Manage repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of company facilities, including building systems, appliances, and outdoor spaces.
    • Work with vendors, contractors, and property managers to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
    • Coordinate facilities services, including custodial, landscaping, and security services.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulations and codes related to building safety and maintenance.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer service.
    • Participate in the development of long-term plans for facility maintenance, upgrades, and improvements, including budget development and management.
    • Provide regular reports on facility operations, expenses, and projects to management.
    • Coordinate strategic FM projects in collaboration with the Real Estate team.
    • Act as the primary coordinator between facilities teams, operations, and vendors across all sites.
    • Track and report contractor and staff performance using KPIs and SLA metrics.
    • Coordinate FM site inspections focusing on quality, safety, and environmental standards.
    • Lead the implementation of global technical guidelines and ensure alignment at site level.
    • Coordinate cost-saving and energy efficiency projects within facilities.
    • Support the coordination of long-term facility upgrade plans and budget forecasts.
    • Coordinate the adoption of new technologies to enhance FM operations.
    • Drive standardization, process improvement, and continuous development of FM services.



Your Profile:


  • University Degree in Industrial, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree: Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
  • 3 - 5 years or more of relevant FM experience.
