What We Need We are looking for an Underwriter (Enterprise credit analyst) whose job is to analyze and obtain approval to grant financing for the appropriate customers for the company that operates in a fast paced and evolving automotive industry. Are you: Interested in pursuing a career in financial analysis / credit? Able to detect the aspects that make a company successful in its industry? Capable to communicate clearly and synthesize information in an efficient and clear manner in a credit approval document? Self starter, organized and with analytical skills and interest on vehicle fleets? As an Underwriter, will be responsible for (i) evaluating, (ii) analyzing the risks of the company and the industry and (iii) manage activities for a portfolio of credits. A Day in the Life Receive customer’s financial information and carry out the financial health analysis. Also, understand and question projected financial statements. Create credit questionnaires related to important risks and interact with customer to obtain information for credit. Write the credit analysis document, detecting the critical quantitative and qualitative aspects of borrowers from different sectors. Control the customer’s renewals on a timely manner. Lead ad-hoc projects to improve efficiency of the Underwriting function Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economy, Business administration, or careers with a strong analytical skillset. MINIMUM 5 years of credit analysis experience in financial institutions. All credit approvals should be done in English so advanced English – 100% written and spoken is a must. Advanced Excel skills are a plus Availability to travel.
