Job Title Acceptance Technical Optimization Analyst II Overview • Monitors, evaluates, and ensures quality and efficiency in all Mastercard customer interactions; analyzes and measures service level performance to achieve customer satisfaction Responsibilities • Supports investigation of acceptance issues to understand root cause and contribute to resolution activities as directed • Gains exposure to Mastercard acceptance resolution strategies • Reviews issue logs to understand and track existing acceptance gaps • Supports more senior team members efforts to resolve acceptance challenges • May provide guidance to less experienced team members Experiences • Experience supporting technical decline resolution activities under direct guidance • Demonstrated knowledge of Mastercard acceptance resolution strategies • Ability to leverage analytic capabilities to monitor existing acceptance gaps Due to COVID-19, most of our employees are working from home.   • Supports any implementation of any Norm that is required for the Quality System Management.
  • Controls and Registers the investigations reports of failures and default of Packing material and Raw Material.
  • Reviews and approves the printed labels for Process.
  • Checks the customer's returns and determine their destination.
  • Verifies the expiration dates of the packed finished product.
  • Makes and updates the procedures that correspond to the function.

    Realiza la planificación de suministros para una cartera de productos de exportación dentro de una categoría. Responsable de sincronizar los requisitos de exportación y suministro. Actúa como contacto principal con los planificadores de suministros en las ubicaciones de recepción y los planificadores de producción en las instalaciones de producción (CP y fabricantes de contacto). Responsable de alcanzar los KPI's acordados.


    Responsabilidades:

  • El planificador es responsable de equilibrar la oferta y la demanda de artículos de exportación dentro de una categoría, realizando los Ciclos de planificación de suministro diarios y semanales. Asegurando:
  • Disponibilidad de producto en el Centro de Distribución.
    Niveles de inventario adecuados.
    Ejecución sincronizada de introducciones de nuevos productos y transiciones de productos.

  • Recibe los requisitos de exportación del planificador de suministros en las ubicaciones de recepción y consolida los planes de suministro para compartir con las instalaciones de producción.
  • Comunicación con los planificadores de suministros y con el planificador de producción y el planificador de suministros en las regiones de importación.
  • Equilibra el servicio con los costos al tomar decisiones diarias de equilibrio entre la oferta y la demanda.
  • Utiliza alertas del sistema para identificar y resolver posibles problemas de suministro.
  • Ejecute procesos de planificación de suministros de "Mejores Prácticas" para contribuir a maximizar el servicio al cliente, minimizar costos y optimizar el inventario.
  • Colabore estrechamente con la planificación de suministros en la ubicación de recepción, la planificación de producción en las instalaciones de abastecimiento, el transporte, las operaciones de almacén y el servicio al cliente (diario / semanal) para lograr una planificación de suministro eficiente y rentable para cumplir con los objetivos / KPI de costos y servicios de CS&L.
  • Utiliza los datos de la cadena de suministro y las herramientas analíticas de forma eficaz, incluidos SAP y Business Warehouse.
  • Comparte ideas, conocimientos y mejores prácticas para mejorar los procesos de logística / cadena de suministro y resolver problemas.
  • Apoya la mejora continua de los procesos comerciales relacionados con productos terminados, reabastecimiento, gestión de inventario y utilización del sistema.

  • Requisitos básicos:

  • Título de Licenciatura
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en planeación de cadena de suministro
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia con herramientas SAP / APO
  • Bilingüe ingles / español
  • Toma de decisiones impulsada por análisis
