What We Need We are looking for a Team Lead, Operations who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization. Are you: A proactive person with excellent customer service skills? A problem-solving person with teamwork skills? As the Title/Licensing Associate, you will be performing all the responsibilities of the Tittle Associate as well as providing team members assistance and guidance while partnering with US Manager to enable seamless teamwork within the Collateral Services team in US as well as Mexico. A Day in the Life: Oversee daily operational efforts of the team; direct employees on daily tasks while driving to achieve BSC metrics and provide coaching and feedback to the team as needed. Solve issues as first line leader, escalate when needed; processes and maintains files concerning title and registration actions for all clients’ units, identifies researches and resolves all problems/concerns. Partner closely with the Manager to drive strategic initiatives forward. Oversee time and attendance, an engage with employees on performance expectations- noting any performance trends of employees that require Manager intervention. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in an administrative area or related. 3+ years’ experience in a customer service or processing environment. Able to build good working relationships with team members, collaboration skills. Strong focus on driving results. Customer service focused Proficient in in MS office suite. Strong data entry skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organized; pays attention to details and ensures high-quality output/results.
