The Senior Communications Specialist is responsible of ensuring that the media platform is functional and reaches most of the public, either inside or outside the company. The person in the position must effectively communicate the initiatives, products and messages in general to employees, clients, or general public. This position is responsible for external events and coordinating media interviews and relations. Main responsibilities: Develop internal communications that effectively reach Element employees Develop campaigns and content for the positioning of the company, products and technology Creation of company events, media relations, as well as ensuring that the event information reaches the targeted public Administration of digital platforms and social media. Development of advertising and communication strategies for these platform Develop, analyze, and execute surveys directed to clients and employees Contribute content to the editorial calendar, aligned with MKT and HR goals. Education and experience Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations or related field 5+ years of communications within a multi-national company or logistics company Fluency in Spanish and English with the ability to develop communications plans in both languages. Experience in Database managing Knowledge of Digital Marketing. Customer Relations Experience working with an agency of design, coordinating internal and external campaigns.
