This position will be focus on sesponsible for leading projects for NPI for cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will support the development and implementation of project, in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers. We are looking for someone who demonstrates Intense collaboration Passionate customer focus Thoughtful, fast, disciplined execution Tenacious commitment to continuous improvement Relentless drive to win Here is a glimpse of what youll do Effectively plans and directs program schedules and supports team members to identify potential critical path elements and propose expeditious solutions; Manages program through the entire product design cycle, interfacing with customer and internal organization on technical and business matters; Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of project plan and milestone; Organizes interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to product delivery, quality and the required business metrics; Release to production (on time, compliant, quality). Establish project schedule, financial parameters and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer. Communicate customer requirements, specifications, project schedule, and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineers, senior management and consultants. Review daily production schedule and identify problem areas. Conduct presentations of technical information concerning specific projects/schedules, etc. Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and individual contributor groups. Here is some of what youll need (required) Engineering Masters degree Minimum 5 years related experience. 5 years experience of technical project management with medical devices; Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures operating under regulatory and quality requirements such FDA QSR Ability to manage multiple products design and multiple customers concurrently Experience bringing medical devices to market Excellent organizational, time management, team building, verbal and written communication skills Fluent English knowledge Project Management NPI Experience.
