Job description:

With a creative and data-driven mind you will focus on the online growth of Optiply in not only The Netherlands, but also UK and Germany (and more later). You will be part of Optiply’s marketing team, so you will be working closely together with our marketing manager and content manager. With your data analytics skills you are continuously on the lookout for growth opportunities within existing channels and you will search for new ways to grow the business. You will be testing your ideas in the appropriate way to find what opportunities we should seize. Your help will improve not only Optiply’s growth, but also the customer journey of our customers. 

What you should bring to the table:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or similar 

  • Experience in the field of (B2B) marketing;

  • Obsessed with Analytics, KPIs and goals. You are always testing and letting yourself be informed by data

  • Eager to thrive at the intersection of data, creativity and curiosity

  • Eager for constant and never ending improvement

  • Understanding SaaS revenue generation and how SaaS Businesses are grown and measured

  • Experience with SEM & Social Advertising - Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc

  • Experience with Data & Analytics - Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Segment, Google Data Studio

  • CRM & Marketing Automation - Zapier (i.e) 

  • You speak flawless English 

  • This is what the Growth Hacker role is responsible for at Optiply Évora:

  • Develop and execute a data-driven growth marketing strategy

  • Bringing together traditional and innovative ideas how to grow the KPIs

  • Create Paid Social & Paid Search campaigns together with the Content Marketer. 

  • Test your growth hack strategien, tactics and ideas with for example A/B testing

  • Driving traffic to the website(s), landing pages, social media, apps…

  • Understanding conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and hacks and ability to apply it

  • Prioritizing growth channels

  • Analyze data and come up with new data driven optimizations 

  • Analyze and improve the customer journeys
