We are looking for a dynamic, organized, self-starter to join our Human Resources department as a Human Resources Generalist located in Juarez, Mexico.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World

The Human Resources Generalist role is responsible for delivering full-cycle, premier HR service to our Euless manufacturing site. Working with a team of experienced HR team members, and an on-site HB Business Partner, this role be essential to help ensure appropriate communications, coaching, event organization and administering and interpreting company policies. One of the most important, valuable aspects of this role will be to inspire our employees to do their best work every day and trough different tools and communication strategies. Position requires strong communication hands-on skills, along with a passion for operations excellence to be successful. This role will work with teams to implement all-important initiatives that drive and maintain an overall culture of excellent employee relations and healthy communications.

What to Expect

This position's main activities will include: · Develop content strategy based on business’ objectives and end user’s needs, understanding business objectives, unique value proposition, message, and audience. Understands and customizes communications for a global audience, using multiple channels and mediums. Working with digital, electronic and film cameras and produce required shots by combining the use of complex technology with creative visual skills. Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Experience with events, logistics and various types of creative content development. Plan, edit and write content for all internal communications channels (newsletters, intranet stories, digital monitors). Working with leaders and building consensus among multiple internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications for Consideration

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline, with experience in storytelling and proactive communications.
  • Proficient in English language (written and spoken).
  • 5+ years’ experience working in internal, corporate, and/or political communications, executive communications.
  • Proactive, hands-on style & results oriented.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail oriented, capable of managing numerous projects and work streams end-to-end, with a keen sense of prioritization and ability to consistently produce high-level work.
  • You Will Excite Us if you Have
