Engineer II level Product Transfer Engineer focused on the NCC Network Connectivity business. Work within the Global Manufacturing Engineering organization to be a key team member on a cross functional team responsible for plan and execute product/process transfers. High visibility position across top leadership within CommScope. Ability to work and grow technical skills in a team environment as well as interacting with both global and regional NPI, operations teams.

Experience using Lean manufacturing tools, DFM, LDSS, PFMEA with an eye for manufacturing simplicity Experience with the manufacturing processes. Experience with streamlining supply chain for raw material and intra/inter-plant supply. Ability to form cohesive relationships across Global sites and leadership functions to find ways on “How we can make it happen” approach. Able to Teamwork Good communication skills to all levels. Expectations:
Support product transfers to global manufacturing facilities in accordance with strategic localization plans, in collaboration with the NCC Global Operations team. Collaborate with Project Management, Planning, Operations, Design Engineering, Quality and Procurement teams on execution of the project plans. Provide support to NPI teams during downtimes of product transfers Maintain project schedules and expedite tasks as needed to support project timelines.
