Descripción y detalle de las actividades
• Follow-up on quotes via email and phone through rep sales channels.• Pro-actively log new information in the company excel spreadsheet database and communicate information to appropriate account specialist and inside sales supervisor/manager within mandated guidelines.• Respond to requests for information from the manufacture rep and account specialist• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities.• Keep information confidential.• Capable of following Company and Department procedures/policies.• Work area is to be kept clean and neat at all times. • Cross training for other jobs is required so that employees can occasionally fill-in, when required. Additional or different functions may be assigned to the employee periodically.
Experiencia y requisitos
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration• 2 years of experience in administrative areas• Fluent English• Excel advances: pivot tables• Strong Organization skills;• Detail oriented.• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. *****Send your cv to leobardo.lopez@tecma.com*****
