About the Role
Join our team as a Data Entry Specialist! You’ll handle a high volume of eviction-related cases, process emails and documents, and ensure accurate data entry in our internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Process ~2,000 cases per month (20–200 daily).
✔ Manage 20–200 emails daily with eviction documents.
✔ Update case information accurately in the database.
✔ Communicate with vendors to correct errors.
✔ Maintain near 100% data accuracy.
Requirements
✅ 1 year of Data Entry experience.
✅ Strong attention to detail & organizational skills.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, and PDF tools.
✅ Knowledge of SQL Database (Microsoft Access) is a plus.
