• Handle orders, deliveries, returns, and general inquiries through chat
• Deliver a personalized experience for coffee enthusiasts

✅ Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Advanced English level (written communication)
• Dominican ID or valid Work Permit
• Previous Customer Service experience (preferred)
• Strong typing skills (essential for chat support)
• Availability to work on-site
