Multimedia Production Specialist

KEISER UNIVERSITY is strategically expanding its digital presence and is seeking an exceptional: Multimedia Production Specialist (Training) Requirements as follows:

Location: • Nicaragua collaborate virtually with the HR/Talent Development Department located at the Office of the Chancellor in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

Education: • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Audiovisual Production, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2–3 years in video editing and multimedia (from raw footage to final product) on Higher Education, Corporate Training, or Agencies sector preferred.

• Proven experience in video editing and multimedia production for digital or instructional content.

• Proficiency with multimedia tools such as Descript, Canva, and Synthesia.

• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and execute with attention to detail.

• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality video editing or multimedia production work.

Knowledge and skills:

· Skilled in multimedia production processes and video editing standards for professional training environments

· Knowledge of end-to-end media production workflows, including version control, quality assurance, and deadline management

· Knowledge of applying direction, feedback, branding standards, and accessibility requirements to finalized training materials
