Essentials Functions:

• Assesses, obtains, verifies and documents patient’s insurance coverage and benefits to determine coverage for procedures.
• Ensure to set and follow up on patients appointments.
• Administer policies and procedures to assure consistency.
• Ensure efficient performance by balancing human and technical resources.

Technical Requirements:

• PC: Intel i5 or AMD equivalent and 8gb RAM
• Internet speed: 15 MBPS download and 4 MBPS upload
• USB noise cancelling headset.
• Two Monitors
