Z CHEERLDR SPON MIDDLE Subtitle/Areas: Experience: Two (2) years documented coaching experience. Extensive knowledge of the sport . Demonstrated leadership skills and the management of large groups of students/athletes-REQ. Contract: 4 Month Hours/Day: 1.000 Qualifications/Certifications: Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Considerable knowledge of health and safety procedures involved with the monitoring and supervision of student athletes. Ability to understand and carry out oral communications. Good knowledge of care and maintenance of sports equipment. Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues and follow State and District guidelines. 1. Knowledge and use of time management and organizational systems2. Skill in meeting and exceeding customer expectations within the precincts of policy, procedure, and sound judgement 3. Skill in active listening and social perceptiveness4.
