Treatment Coordinator II LCSW - Fort Walton Beach

Treatmentcoordination consist of assessment, diagnosis, treatment, discharge planningand psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups, and crisisassessment and intervention. The Treatment Coordinator will assist inconducting process and educational therapeutic groups as indicated in theprogramming schedule. Also serves as a resource person to the hospital staff,and as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team within the PsychiatricTreatment Center.

• Post graduate degree in Social Work from accredited university required
• State of Florida Licensed ClinicalSocial Worker (LCSW) required
• CPI required within 90 days of hire
• Acute care experience preferred

• Reads and writes Basic English with the basic skills necessary to communicate therapeutic interactions
• Knowledge of body substance isolation
• Ability to listen, empathize and respond to patient, family, internal and external partners needs
• Basic computer skills
