POSITIONSUMMARY:
The Supervisor MRI Technologist isresponsible for coordinating the activities of all MRI, under the supervisionof the Director of Diagnostic Imaging. Ensures equipment repairs under the direction of Supervisor/Director andorganizes the staffing and work progress within the MRI Department. Under general supervision operates MRIequipment, MRI compatible power injector and positions patient to producediagnostic images in a safe manner and performs related duties.

Qualifications
EDUCATIONREQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED:
Associate Degree in RadiologicalTechnology required
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
Florida Radiology Technologist licenseis required
ARRT registry in Radiology Technologyis required
ARRT registry in MRI is required
BLS-AmericanHeart Association BLS Provider issued card required
EXPERIENCEREQUIRED OR PREFERRED:
Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy,positioning, MRI techniques and MRI safety concepts and techniques - Required
Knowledge of MRI physics, knowledge ofmedical terminology- Required
