Qualifications
Education- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years previous RN experience, 1 year leadership experience
- Critical Care experience preferred.
- Current FL State RN License required or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held, active Florida RN license required within 90 days of hire.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
- Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
- Current CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) required within 60 days of hire.
- Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills
