- Answer incoming calls and provide first and second level technical support.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Open, assign and accurately document help desk tickets.
- Manage open help desk tickets by reviewing details, following up on open issues, escalating to next level support where needed.
- Place outbound calls and send emails to follow up on open tickets.
- Provide and document step by step troubleshooting.
- Confirm and close resolved help desk tickets.
- Follow proper escalation procedures.
- Utilize available resources to help troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Assist senior Help Desk staff with projects.
- Work as project lead and with vendors.
- Attend training as assigned.
- Possess company knowledge of job related KBA’s.
- Document updated and new processes and procedures
- Technical experience includes: Windows 7/8/10, supporting Windows Servers, network printers, networking protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP), Office365, Active Directory
