Sr. Data Entry Clerk - North Miami Beach

Company in North Miami looking for a Sr. Data Entry Clerk!

The duties of this position include but are not limited to:

Excel data entry (this is of the utmost importance)---MUST know V-Lookup
Quote entry (Great Plains program)
Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite
Keeping data logs
Working in customer portals and data entry programs such as Syndigo, CommerceHub, etc..

The position is an administrative backup position to a very busy sales department. The chosen candidate will work closely with Regional Sales Manager to help manage quotes, logs, mass mailings, sending quotes while sales is traveling, data entry, etc. Also, new projects which may include mass amounts of data entry into Excel, or customer portals.

Excel Formulas
VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
Great Plains (GPAC)
Recent Data Entry experience.
