Sous Chef
Winter Park, FL
Position Preview:
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef for our client’s Winter Park location. Their brand is expanding nationally and is focused on making a sustainable impact while educating guests about wine and fine dining in an enjoyable and welcoming atmosphere.
For this role we need a leader to deliver a high-quality menu and motivate the staff to provide excellent customer service in the chef inspired and wine centric restaurant. This is an opportunity for you to have a quality life balance and create long-term wealth in this growing concept.
Responsibilities:
Lead high-performing teams throughout the entire restaurant Manage and cultivate the renowned wine program Complete and maintain all ordering of beverages and inventory for the wine and liquor program Mentor staff and provide feedback to improve performance and implement company policies Set and exemplify a positive work environment Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of management experience in a lead role as a Sous Chef or AKM in a high volume, full service upscale causal restaurant Display professional leadership and can be a role model to your staff. Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in Hospitality or Culinary field is preferred High volume, full-service experience in a polished casual environment Commitment to high quality food Team Oriented Attitude Compensation and Benefits
