Description
SHIFT: Days (rotating weekends)SCHEDULE: Full-time
The Social Worker provides ongoing support and expertise through overall evaluation of individual patient. Enhances the quality of patient management and satisfaction to promote continuity of care and cost effectiveness through the integration of case management and utilization review management.
Regional Medical Center Bayonet is a 290-bed acute care hospital, Level II Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center located in Hudson, and home of the nationally acclaimed Heart Institute. Education:
BSW in Social Work
Experience:
One year previous experience or completion of internship program in an acute care facility.
