Responsibilities:
Prepares monthly financial reportsReviews Balance Sheets and Income Statements per property to verify account balances and reasonable revenue and expense amountsEnsures accuracy of all general ledger informationEnsures that all property and tenant information is up to date and correct through lease interpretation and cross-referencing against other property informationAssists in the preparation of quarterly and annual recoverable charges reconciliationPerforms quarterly Cam reconciliations and assembles the necessary detail and back-up for the tenant's usePrepares management reports, including budget, payroll, insurance, tax and CAM informationEnsures reports/documents are forwarded to auditors and maintains applicable documentationInforms management as to any discrepancies or any other problem areas that may exist that arise from the auditMeets Accounting Department calendar deadlinesAssists Accountant(s) with preparation of monthly funding requestsMakes bank deposits as requiredAssists with preparation of bank reconciliationsAssists with the preparation of business plans and special project
qualifications:
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.) from four year college or universityReal estate industry experience preferredWorking knowledge of GAAP and financial reportingExperience with CAM/Tax billings helpfulProficient in MS Word and Excel
