I have an immediate requirement for a Salesforce Business Analyst at Tallahassee, FL.<br /> <br /> <b>Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst<br /> Location: Tallahassee, FL<br /> Client: Florida Department of Economic Opportunity<br /> Type: Temporary Project<br /> Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions</b><br /> <br /> <b>Must-have: Recent Governmental experience, SOQL, extensive Salesforce experience</b><br /> <br /> <b>Requirements:</b> <ul> <li>Business analyst experience (5+ years);</li> <li>Salesforce experience (3+ years);</li> <li>Experience in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Visio, and Outlook;</li> <li>Experience with state government projects;</li> <li>Experience working with databases and analyzing data to help formulate system or reporting requirements or test new functionality (required);</li> <li>Experience in Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL)</li> <li>Experience with testing software and designing business systems;</li> <li>Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field<b>.</b></li> </ul> <b> Responsibilities:</b> <ul> <li>Gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements;</li> <li>Translate high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manage changes to such specifications;</li> <li>Provide detailed analysis of business processes and best practices;</li> <li>Assist with managing the day-to-day details of all tasks, including the plan, schedule, resources, scope, budget and risks;</li> <li>Complete cost/benefit analysis where required;</li> <li>Support and contribute to functional and user testing.</li> </ul> <div>Please feel free to reach me for further quries on venkatesh.v@i3infotek.com or can call me on 732 929 7099. </div>
